Weeknote #32

• Finished kids’ snoods and got them blocked to gift this weekend - they’re gorgeous and the eldest wanted to wear hers straight away!

• Filled Nick’s advent calendar with lots of his favourite chocolates and treats - I didn’t manage to find a piece of wood to put through the loops for hanging so I improvised with a pen and a pencil. There also wasn’t time to add numbers properly so I’ve gone with freezer stickers for this year and I’ll sort it for next year!

• We’ve stripped all the paint and wallpaper off the walls in the spare room ready for it to be replastered in a couple of weeks

• The knitting club I’m part of had our Christmas meal and final meeting this week which included a secret santa - I got some gorgeous self-striping sock yarn which I’m looking forward to getting around to!
